Every stage of the process is quality assured through our ISO9001:2000 quality management system which is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction and cost-effective services.
1. ScopeWe'll discuss and define your requirements identifying the right material, print process, ink system etc, and establish a detailed technical specification for your project. This initial discussion is key, not only to providing a solid foundation on which we can build, but also because it helps us get to know your business and to understand your company culture, trading principles and what makes you happy!
We'll send you samples so you know exactly what you can expect.
We'll advise on artwork. If your project is still at the design stage, it's a good idea for us to team up with your designers to ensure that their proposals are technically possible. That way, they can take advantage of the opportunities available to them.
We can change your artwork. If you want us to modify artwork in-house, we have an experienced team of specialists in label design.
At this stage, we can also talk deadlines as we often pre-allocate production time to keep lead times to a minimum.
We'll submit a comprehensive quote outlining all the associated costs, along with an estimated lead time for delivery.
2. OrderIf you're happy for us to go ahead, all we need is a purchase order and artwork.
If we've prepared artwork in-house, we'll ask you to approve a proof.
Then we'll confirm your order and give you a definite delivery date.
3. DeliverYour project will go into production where it must be passed by Quality Control before its’ run on press.
Then it moves into our finishing department where quality is checked again.

Label-form use various printing techniques to achieve the product you require. From short runs of plain and printed stickers to millions of multicoloured, laminated labels with metallic or holographic foiling, Label-form has the presses to meet every requirement.
Letterpress labelsLetterpress labels are suitable for most packaging requirements whether it’s a single colour label or a full process colour job with hot foil, laminate or varnish.
Screen-printed labelsScreen-printed labels are particularly suitable for cosmetics, personal care and toiletry products as well as vehicle marking, tactile labels, signage or products destined for extreme outdoor environments.
Thermal transfer printingThermal transfer printing can be used to produce labels containing variable data, barcodes or serial numbering. We can print all types of barcodes as well as sequentially numbered barcodes.
Hot foil labelsHot foil labels can be produced using either metallic or holographic foils and, when used in conjunction with other printing processes such as letterpress, screen or litho, the end result is a bright colourful label suitable for many products.
Flexographic printingFlexographic printing is ideally suited to larger production runs of single or multicolour labels.
Digital labelsDigital labels are usually printed on semi-gloss white paper. However, for applications that require higher levels of durability, we can also print on most substrates. With digital printing, we can produce very high quality labels with low origination costs.
‘Mix and Match’ all label printing processesLabel-form is able to mix and match all processes, giving an infinite number of different finishes to suit any application. With over 5 decades of experience under our belt, we can take the project off your hands, explore the different options and come back to you with the best possible solution.
There's no secret to Label-form's success. We bring new ideas, innovative materials and techniques we’ve developed for other markets, direct to you.
